Minimum and Additional Requirements 
Faculty teaching associate degree courses designed for transfer to the baccalaureate degree: Master's degree with a minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in ENG/ENGL prefix courses.

Preferred Qualifications 
教学 experience at the two-year college level is preferred.

Teach courses in English in accordance with the established syllabi to a diverse student body; instruction includes assessment of the program's instructional needs, assist in the planning and delivery necessary to meet those needs, 和评估. Participate in instructional development activities within the department. Maintain established posted office hours. Must have proficiency in computer skills. Commitment to teaching/learning and college mission. Ability to establish good working relationships with students, 教师, 工作人员, and others in the college community and to work in teams. Receives overall direction and supervision from the English Department Chair, is expected to exercise initiative, 做一个积极主动的人, 多面手, perform tasks independently, 做出正确的决定, and provide service to the college.
